The Process

Our Financial Equity Firm professionals start the process by contacting the owed individual via email, phone and or letter. We work around the clock in finding the rightful owners of the unclaimed money. We do not charge any upfront cost to Our clients. We pay for processing your paperwork with the government agency. We don't get paid until you get paid. Our fees come from what is known as a finders fee for locating YOU the individual who is owed money. We charge on a case by case bases, not all states have the same claim laws and regulations. Depending on your state to process your unclaimed money may vary.


Step 1: We FIND governmental agencies which have your unclaimed property.

Step 2: We send our notary agent to get your documents filled out and SIGNED. Either we or our Attorney sends out your completed and signed documentation to the government agency.

Step 3: We or our Attorney file the claim for your money. Then we WAIT to RECEIVE your check in the mail. That's All.

We know the "ins and outs" of government agencies in most states. If a government agency is holding your funds, we know how to get them! Since after a certain period of time elapses, the government may get to keep your funds, it's always best to have professionals on your side.
